FAME 2025 in Destin, Florida delivered everything we could have hoped for—and more. With incredible weather as the backdrop, attendees enjoyed three unforgettable days filled with education, connection, and a whole lot of fun. Networking was nonstop, conversations flowed easily, and Forensic Trivia Night may very well go down as the most fun we’ve ever had at FAME.

Our vendor partners once again showed up in a big way, creating an engaging and energetic exhibitor experience. And yes—those Legacy Donor Foundation swag bags are still being talked about! The exhibit hall buzzed with ideas, innovation, and meaningful conversations that extended well beyond scheduled sessions.

Of course, the heart of FAME is the talent on stage—and 2025 did not disappoint. The presenters brought together some of the brightest minds and most compelling topics in our field. Kelly Henderson’s fascinating discussion on the Happy Face Killer and the evolution of that relationship remains a topic of conversation months later. Dr. Radtke delivered a perfect blend of humor and expertise—one part stand-up comedy, five parts invaluable knowledge—making disposition both approachable and unforgettable. Every speaker brought something different, making FAME 2025 not just fun, but truly impactful and educational.

Friday night brought a highlight that perfectly captured the spirit of Destin: a beach-themed luau party that combined relaxation, laughter, and pure fun. Set against an incredible sunset, the evening featured tropical vibes, themed décor, and even a six-foot beach ball that quickly became the star of the night. It was the perfect way to unwind, connect, and celebrate with colleagues in a setting that felt equal parts festive and unforgettable.

Destin set the stage, but it was the people, the ideas, and the shared passion for our work that made FAME 2025 so special—and we can’t wait to do it again.
